Housing program rents are in guidelines with the cost of living index and in most cases, the rent offered by the program is higher than the original asking rent!
In most cases, the rent is paid in full by the program. In some cases the tenant pays a small portion of the rent.
The landlord receives his rent, by mail, directly from the program. That means guaranteed rent every month.
